All Rooms: Wiping all surfaces (tables, shelves, picture frames, window sills), vacuuming carpets and rugs, mopping hard floors, emptying trash bins.

Q: Are you insured and bonded? A: Absolutely. Lighten Your Load Cleaning is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We prioritize the safety and security of your property and our staff.

Q: What about pets? A: We love pets! However, for the most efficient clean, we recommend that aggressive or anxious pets be secured in a crate or a separate room. If your pet is friendly, we are happy to work around them.

Q: How do I pay for services? A: We accept e-transfers and cash or major credit cards (with 3% additional fee) Payment is generally due at the time of service. For commercial accounts, we offer monthly invoicing options.

Q: What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning? A: Your satisfaction is our guarantee. If you aren't happy with any area we’ve cleaned, call us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean that area at no cost to you.
